Chris wants to spice up his relationship with David by inviting a third into their bed. David is hesitant but after some convincing, he agrees and they set up a profile on a gay dating app. After scrolling for a guy, Chris finds Lukas, an idling twenty-something, and invites him over, but Chris sprains his ankle playing basketball so cancels, much to David’s relief. However, Lukas doesn’t get the message and turns up at their apartment but rather than turn him away, David and Chris let him in, and the three share a night of passion. Meanwhile, Lukas has no idea he is in bed with his boyfriend’s boss.

 

The next day, Lukas hatches a plan to get closer to aspiring photographer Chris and suggests modeling for him so they meet for a photo shoot. While Lukas strikes a pose on a mountaintop David is at work, unaware that his employee, Raphael, is Lukas’ boyfriend, but Raphael hasn’t been entirely honest with David; he has led David to believe he has a girlfriend, as he is more concerned about talking IT than his private life.

Later, while looking through photos, Lukas tries to kiss Chris, but Chris pushes him away. Angered and dejected, Lukas heads to a park to drink through his troubles. When David finds out about Chris’s secret rendezvous, he feels betrayed, despite Chris’ attempt to explain.

Lukas returns home drunk that evening and Raphael is sick of his behaviour and unwillingness to find a job so starts berating him. This leads to an argument and Lukas leaves, with his bags packed. A distraught Raphael wonders if he may have lost Lukas forever.

 

With feelings developing for Lukas and the urge to find his own success, Chris breaks up with David. Distraught, David leaves the apartment and heads to a bar to meet Raphael. Lukas comes back to see Chris. While they share a bottle of wine, their feelings deepen and the flames of passion take over.

Raphael and David, both heartbroken, drink away their sorrows at the bar, and as the alcohol kicks in Raphael finally reveals to David that he is gay and they both start forming an emotional connection. Eventually, they find themselves in bed, exploring unchartered feelings. In the morning, David sees a photo of Lukas and suddenly makes the connection. He now faces a dilemma. Should he tell Raphael the truth or keep his night with Lukas a secret?
